Commercial due diligence for With Intelligence on CRM provider, FolioMetrics

Plural Strategy supports With Intelligence on its acquisition of FolioMetrics, a provider of CRM and research management solutions for hedge funds and investment firms. 

This is With Intelligence’s seventh acquisition since February 2020 and the first since the company received investment from private equity firm, Motive, which Plural Strategy also advised on.

The addition of FolioMetrics’s CRM capabilities allows asset managers to action investor intelligence in a workflow tool and subscription platform, strengthening With Intelligence’s fund-raising offering.
