Plural advises Providence and Searchlight on their acquisition of Hyve Group

Plural Strategy (Plural) has advised Providence Equity Partners LLP (Providence) and Searchlight Capital Partners (Searchlight) on their acquisition of Hyve Group (Hyve) and de-listing from the London Stock Exchange.

Hyve is a leading global events business, organising 33 events across a range of end markets including fintech, edtech and ecommerce.

Plural supported Providence and Searchlight with commercial due diligence, including in-depth assessment of 30 leading products across the US, Europe, Africa and Asia, and related growth opportunities for the business. The team was led by Jonny Baynes and Sam Feary.
