Plural supports CloserStill as it enters the Spanish market

In their first acquisition under ownership of Providence Equity Partners, CloserStill Media has acquired E-World, organiser of two eCommerce exhibitions in Barcelona and Madrid.

Following the acquisition CloserStill plans to expand its technology events portfolio in Spain with a roll-out of its international technology brands from 2020.

Plural supported CloserStill with commercial and strategic due diligence; the Plural team was led by Jonny Baynes and Alex Easdale.
