Commercial due diligence support for Asset International on the acquisition of LiquidMetrix

Asset International, a global provider of data and information solutions for the asset management industry, has acquired Intelligent Financial Systems.

Incorporating the LiquidMetrix brand, the business is considered a leading-edge provider of financial market research, trade execution data and analysis for banks, brokers, asset managers and trade venues.

This is the first acquisition for the group under the ownership of Genstar Capital, in line with their plans to triple the size of Asset International over the next 3-5 years.
