LDC has backed the management buyout of global events company FC Business Intelligence (FCBI). FCBI operates thought leading conferences and exhibitions in a diverse range of sectors that are facing both challenges and opportunities from technological and strategic innovation.
FCBI has market leading positions and brands across the pharma, energy, insurance, technology, transport and travel sectors across Europe, North America and Asia, attracting over 9,000 delegates and 1,400 sponsors and exhibitors each year.

Update: In 2019 LDC announced the sale of FCBI to Thomson Reuters. Subsequently, FCBI was rebranded as Reuters Events and now operates as part of the Reuters News division of Thomson Reuters. Find out more about the business.
