Vendor commercial due diligence for Rexnord on sale of VAG

Plural has supported Rexnord with its divestment of VAG, a leading global manufacturer of valves for municipal and industrial water infrastructure with almost EUR 200 million revenue.

VAG manufactures both engineered and standard valves for municipal water distribution and wastewater treatment, including highly engineered applications such as water transmission lines and hydropower plants. VAG operates globally with significant market presence in Europe, North America, China and the Middle East.
