Plural supports Levine Leichtman Capital Partners on the acquisition of AGDATA

Plural has supported private equity firm Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP) on their acquisition of AGDATA from Vista Equity Partners.

Founded in 1985, AGDATA is a leading provider of mission-critical workflow and data solutions within the agribusiness crop input and animal health sectors. AGDATA helps major Ag-Chemicals players manage the complex, and highly fragmented distribution landscape for their products and inform inventory, sales and marketing decisions.

Plural provided commercial due diligence on the transaction

Plural’s work helped LLCP to answer commercial issues such as assessing the strength of the AGDATA offering and defining strategic growth opportunities. Plural used a range of data sources and customer interviews as well as its deep knowledge of the sector.
