Happy International Women’s Day from all of us at Plural!
This year’s International Women’s Day theme is #ChooseToChallenge which provides an opportunity for us to reflect. We have identified 4 areas of our working life at Plural that we will choose to challenge over the next 12 months. We have committed to a series of internal workshops to ensure that we challenge bias, take action for equality and enable our people to be themselves, regardless of gender identity.
We understand that from challenge comes change, and look forward to sharing our progress.
